Lakitta Black is a licensed Cosmetologist, Educator, Platform Artist, and Certified Hair Loss Specialist with over 25 years of experience in advanced hair restoration and beauty innovation. She is the proud owner of Mz. KeKe’s Anointed Hands Salon and Hair Replacement Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, where she specializes in medical wigs and non-surgical hair replacement systems for women experiencing alopecia, thinning, and medically related hair loss.

Lakitta is also the Founder of Anchored Hair Replacement & Extensions Academy LLC, where she trains licensed professionals in clinical-level non-surgical hair restoration techniques, consultation protocols, and advanced installation systems.

As an innovator in the industry, Lakitta has developed and introduced her own patent-pending Anchored Hair Replacement System™—a specialized non-adhesive integration method designed specifically for clients experiencing thinning in the crown who prefer not to shave their natural hair.
